By purchasing a ticket to the Board of Advisors West Coast Event, you agree to the following terms:
- Tickets are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in the refund policy below.
- Tickets are transferable to another qualified attendee, subject to approval by Legacy Capital Professionals LLC (LCP) and compliance with the eligibility criteria listed on the event website. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to support@legacycapitalpros.com for review and approval.
- Attendance & Experience Guarantee
LCP is committed to delivering a high-quality event experience. If for any reason the event does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- You must notify the event host in person no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on the day of the event to qualify for a full refund of your ticket purchase.
- If you choose to stay beyond 12:00 PM (Noon) and do not notify the host within the stated timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- General Terms & Conditions
- LCP reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
- Event details, including venue, speakers, and schedule, are subject to change at LCP’s discretion.
- By attending the event, you agree to comply with all event guidelines, policies, and any additional terms communicated by LCP.
